One of the best and most caring doctors I have ever known years ago I actually witness people begging to see him in the kings county ER with serious health conditions they preferred to wait on him in pain rather than to have anyone else touch them I highly recommend this Doctor
The receptionist staff extremely unprofessional they don’t answer the phone polite. They just place on hold without coming on the line. As for your documentation submitted to be fill out by the Doctors the process should be 3days. This is not been done the doctors aren’t filling out your important papers because it’s not bought to their attention according to the doctors. This facility was good once upon a time. Dr. Romeo Jones cares about his patients and takes the appropriate time to speak to you when he meets with you. Yes there is usually a long wait at his office but it is worth it as he is very thorough.
Dr Romeo is a great doctor, I will recommend him any day. However, his wait time is extremely long, you need to prepare yourself to wait at least five hours. His staff is a bit slow when it comes to filling out your paper work.
