Erica was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! She helped me find the perfect shade very quickly!
I was out on one of my first postpartum walks since delivering. I watched the employees in this shop watch me struggle to enter with my stroller and hold the door simultaneously ….and then the 3 employees, watched me struggle to leave as well. Not offering any assistance with the door as I was trying to maneuver down the step. I was so flustered, and had really looked forward to browsing the shop and buying a pick me up. So great getting to a store. Shamani and Erica in the Cobbler Hill location were wonderful. Helped me color match, gave me some tips in color theory. They were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great senses of humor, too. (Please look at Tysons Corner, VA as a possible location in the future. ???) Thanks a million.
