There was a mixup with my purchase yesterday and i live 2 hours away from a Jones Road store. I called the East Hampton store to explain the mix up and the store manager, Janet Charles, was so helpful, and kind. She immediately remedied the situation without me having to leave my couch! Wonderful customer service.

I was so excited to go into the store after seeing all hype and good reviews online for the miracle balm. The sales girls were so rude and stand offish. They could have easily talked me into buying 2 to 3 products but I felt so unwelcome I left without purchasing anything

I did not care for the miracle balm and when I tried to return it I couldn't because I bought them in a set. You cannot return sets or bundles or apparel (who would wear it anyway). So I'm out $80 without so much as saying sorry. Just that 'their website clearly states no returns.' A company who doesn't accept returns of their product doesn't have faith in their product. Miracle balm is greasy and shiny. Don't buy it. They will tell you to use a powder so that's an added expense. Bobbi cosmetics used to be great. Not so much... read more
