I was so excited to go into the store after seeing all hype and good reviews online for the miracle balm. The sales girls were so rude and stand offish. They could have easily talked me into buying 2 to 3 products but I felt so unwelcome I left without purchasing anything

I did not care for the miracle balm and when I tried to return it I couldn't because I bought them in a set. You cannot return sets or bundles or apparel (who would wear it anyway). So I'm out $80 without so much as saying sorry. Just that 'their website clearly states no returns.' A company who doesn't accept returns of their product doesn't have faith in their product. Miracle balm is greasy and shiny. Don't buy it. They will tell you to use a powder so that's an added expense. Bobbi cosmetics used to be great. Not so much... read more

I have been to this location several times and every experience has been positive. Most recently I was there on Saturday for a refresh of my routine. I brought my 80+ year old mom with me. Ivey took care of both of us and she was awesome! She totally got us and made great recommendations. We're both very happy with the items we selected. Thanks Ivey!

Such a cute and chic shop! So many beautiful assortment of makeup products and more. Staff was very helpful! Definitely stop by if you're in the Hamptons!
