Terrible customer service I have been trying to get a shipping label to ship back for a full refund Jones Road is flasley advertising that if you are not happy with there product you will receive a full refund that has not happened I feel compelled to report this to the proper authorities please respond and send me a shipping label so I can return and receive a refund

My mom and I visited the Montclair store on 3/15. She is a 78 year old woman going through cancer treatment and we were excited to get her new makeup and make her feel good. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted, just knew she wanted to replace her makeup with Jones Road that she had heard such good things about. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this flagship store of Bobbi Brown, the Jones Road of Montclair … unbelievably beautiful quaint, and lets you feel like a girly girl. The staff is impeccable and I would just love to notate that I drove one and a half hours from South Jersey to get here and I had the pleasure of having Melissa as my beauty consultant and knowledge she was full of she took her time color matched my foundation and miracle bomb she made me feel like a princess.
