We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time! The full kitchen was so nice for breakfast before heading out to see the sights. It’s conveniently located to easily access the riverwalk. And they offer gated parking and Latch key services so you feel safe. I highly recommend Jones’s & Rio!
UPDATE: I removed all my complaints. After moving into another complex, I cant WAIT TO COME BACK HERE. The parking lot is underground: No big deal Doggy area needs an update: WHO CARES? You do feel safe. There are door locks on everything. I had the absolute best neighbors. You don't hear any noise in the second floor units with concrete flooring. Facing the courtyard is quiet as well, face the streets or river if you want music and nightlight sounds. Fun activities. Good food trucks. Pool is to die for. Rooftop was my favor... read more
CHEF’s KISS! The maintenance AND office staff never seize to amaze me. Alex knows his stuff! Came in and without hesitation greeted me and got right to it! Like 1 2 3 all my work order issues were fixed with precision and swiftness. Very admirable expertise indeed Mr.Alex! and might I add refreshing professionalism. JONES AND RIO Staff is always happy and helpful. What an amazing community to live in! JJ
Okay, let's be real. The office staff now is great as well as maintenance. The location is literally heaven if you like having things to do and see. But ... The building itself, where do I start? The elevator was broken 95% of the time I lived here. This is NOT an exaggeration. You'll get an email weekly regarding one being out but sometimes both.
