The staff were nice, however to pay $162 for a NT 12 week pregnancy and to not receive any photo printouts, to get a DVD (where no place these days take DVD's to transfer images to printout) a USB copy of my photos would have made more sense. Disappointed I now have to hunt around to find a way to get my images off this DVD. Not pleased. Something needs to be done about this, it wouldn't Evan take a major upgrade. Something needs to be done.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had two bad experiences now with this organisation. The first was when I had a 28 week pregnancy ultrasound. Rang up to get assistance with directions and the receptionist when I asked was it next to the specialist centre said no. Which it actually is. Then when going in for my scan both the receptionist and the female sonographer were both rude and unfriendly not a smile between them and I couldn't believe staff could be so unprofessional. Thankyou to the lovely woman who performed the procedure at Noarlunga Hospital. She really helped with anxiety and talked through everything. This made it so much easier. I hope this feedback gets back to her. Also reception staff were friendly and efficient. Booking on phone was good too. A big thanks to you all because attending to the whole person is so crucial and this is what you all did.
Absolute professionals.
Customer service is awesome and quick. Just a suggestion if there is a space for accessibility chair or electric wheelchair ♿ to park in waiting room it would be great.
