This place is horrible. They made you wait for hours (literally), and were so unprofessional. Mark Jones was accused of having relations with several patients. He never remembered anything we discussed, so never took notes. My oldest went there when he was young, and Mark had tried to have him (born a girl) on his lap and play computer games the whole session. He made it clear he was smoking pot too.

Mark is known for his relationship with a client. He cannot remember what you talk about and does not act like a professional. His psychologist doesn’t not know what she is doing and never on time for appts. Not even worth 1 star.

This place sucks! By far the worst experience i have ever had. They are an unorganized weird family that can't get the simplest of tasks done. The secretary is basically useless and the main therapist had to leave because of somekind of lawsuite... Sexual if i had to guess. If i could sue them i would. Someone needs to call the BBB on them.

This is by far the worst excuse of an establishment that I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. They are inexperienced and there staff have no clue what they are doing. When I went for my appointment that was supposed to be with the doctor I was met by a social worker who was googling throughout the appointment who admitted that she had no clue what she was doing. And when I left and informed the office manager of my experience she simply laughed it off. This is the worst place do not waste your time or money.
