Jones Pools was great to work with from start to finish. Quote process was comprehensive and very competitive and Mark was always available for plan revisions, price adjustments and questions. The construction was started on time and accurate to the timeline of 5 weeks in late 2023. Jones Pools was amazing to work with. Everyone was professional, the workmanship was of the highest quality, and above all else the customer service was outstanding. Someone was always available to answer any questions I had and would be prompt in coming back to troubleshoot any issues. We opened our pool for the first time this summer and we have already made so many priceless memories. Would highly recommend Jones Pools to build your pool.
Our decision to use Jones Pools was a wise one. From start to finish, and even their after service has been excellent. Their working staff are professional, friendly and obviously cared about the quality of work they were providing. Our neighbours also appreciated the cleanliness of our road every night! Jones Pools was fantastic from start to finish. They answered all our questions and supported us as we made decisions even when we changed plans mid construction. I can not do anything but rave about their customer service, top notch.
Jones by far has exceeded expectations. People are happy when they first get their pool. I had mine installed 4 years ago during COVID and want to point out that the pool is still amazing but most importantly the service is the best. I highly recommend them as they are the best pool company in the GTA
