Curtious, knowledgeable, prompt staff! They completely repaired my swimming pool that other pool companies didn't want to touch. Jim is a great guy who is fair and professional. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
If I learned 1 thing from using Jones Pool Sevice, it was don't go with the lowest price. In summer of '14 I had a liner measured, ordered and installed by Jones Pool Sevice. After opening the pool the this year I have tons of folds in my liner floor. I called multiple times and was told I would receive I call back for three weeks, I never received that call. Finally I was told he would come see the problem, he showed 5 days later without a call..of course I was not home. He put his card in my door and still never contacted ... read more
