Popped in when my bathroom plug went down the drain (pun intentional) and Steve was wonderful. Showed me what to do with a new plug, gave me decent instructions and sent me on my way! Saved me a plumber’s visit and a lot of stress. Will 100% be using them when we get a new bathroom sink.

Would massively recommend Jones Plumbing on Sydenham Road, with a special shout out to Ernie and Bradley who were absolutely amazing. Exceptionally helpful and proactive, really genuinely went above and beyond to help me. These guys are a class act.
Alix and the team at Jones Plumbing Supplies have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. From the initial site visit with Alix to determine the best layout for my new bathroom to the showroom visit to choose the perfect fittings, the entire experience has been excellent. While I’m not rushing into another bathroom renovation anytime soon, I can’t recommend the team highly enough. Great service and a wide range of products to suit any budget!
