Jones Plumbing Services is a top-notch operation. I’ve hired Colin and his crew on several projects, both commercial and residential, big and small, and they are second to none in the plumbing industry. If 10 stars were an option here, I’d give them 10 stars.

Our tankless water heater went out New Years Eve and we contacted Jones Plumbing and they got us in on New Years Day. Mr. Jones worked with us on payment to divide it up and that helped us a lot. The guys sent out were great and through on the job replacing the water heater. They did not leave til they knew for sure everything was good. So glad they fit us in on a holiday and hot water was had again. Jones will be are go to for any plumbing issues we have.

This was the WORST SRRVICE EVER! Theyeasured the rough in incorrectly, so they had to rip up the slab in 3 bathrooms! Then they patched the slab so terribly and left it that way! THEY EXPECTED THE FLOORING PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK! These workers were rude not punctual etc. Colin decided he was going to stop doing residential and only focus on commercial work, so he dumped my job. My hot water wasn't getting hot so I called and Collin with a trainee came out. After inspecting the hot water heater he determined it needed replacement as it was 20 years old and had degraded inside. They were able to install the new water in just a few hours, both of them were polite and professional and I would strongly recommend their company.
