I’ve used Jones Plumbing twice now, and both experiences were outstanding. About two years ago, Collin came out after hours to fix a broken spigot with a copper pipe. He responded immediately, handled the emergency with professionalism, and got the job done right. More recently, I had a broken pipe in the front yard and needed a pressure reducing valve (PRV) installed. Called to schedule a repair early in the week and when I called back to confirm he had forgotten about it
He came out in a timely manner and had our water running quickly.
All the other companies wanted to charge me just to come out and charge to run diagnostics even when I knew I didn't need any diagnostics. I needed a new water regulator for my house as my other one was 31 years old. My water pressure was very low and there weren't any leaks.
