Called Jones Plumbing based on the referral of a friend who had used them. The drain connected to my washer was backing up. They sent someone the next day, within the time frame they had quoted. Trevor was efficient, and I appreciated that he gave me a few different options such as 'This is the right way to do it, and here's how much it will cost,' and 'here's a way you can do it that will work, but you may have to go back and have it re-done if you sell the house.' Jones Plumbing sold me a water softener and installed it. It never worked right and the person at the front desk was offensive and turned me in to a collection agent because I refused to pay my bill. I paid it because I do not want a hit on my credit report. I called another plumber who showed me how they installed it improperly. It was never functional and probably did damage to the unit.
