I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have them come out close to once a year to snake our main drain. They are always super quick. They are always professional, and always friendly. Another plus is They have a set price for drain clean out. Other companies are charging 3 and 4 times as much! Best company around.

Unfortunately, the recent reviews were correct. Returned call within a few hours, very responsive over text before starting the work. I had a toilet that needed replaced and he got there within 4-5 days. That’s were the communication stopped, after he put in the toilet, the tenant called before he was out of the driveway saying the toilet was leaking through the ceiling, took him 2 weeks to get back however, the issue wasn’t fixed, no further returned calls or text messages.

Dishonest workmanship and does not return phone calls or texts. Jones Plumbing is a one-man operation. The young owner is friendly, comes across as a really good guy and seems to be a competent plumber. Unfortunately, he lied about the work he recently performed at my house in Springfield. For the sake of not getting personal over the internet, I will not mention his first name. For the record, I am hesitant to leave a negative review for a small business.
