Highly recommend Jones Plumbing! We had originally called one of the big-name plumbing companies in the area who charged us a lot and made the plumbing issue worse, let alone fix it. Jones Plumbing came to our rescue - they were quick to respond, and fixed the problem in an hour. No drama, great prices, and very professional. Huge thanks to Brayden and Tim for their quality work - don't hesitate to call them!

The control box on the water heater they installed literally started on fire. I called them (partially in a panic) and left a message describing the situation Monday morning. I didn't get a call back until Tuesday night. I got someone to come out Monday night but I had to miss work because I was afraid the house would burn down with my 3 dogs inside. What was I supposed to do though, sit in my basement with a fire extinguisher until he felt like calling me back?

Tim Jones and his son arrived soon after I called for an emergency repair. For a good price, they quickly fixed my broken toilet water feed. Upon my request, they also fixed a leaky faucet, replaced four broken shutoff valves, and installed a new main water shutoff valve. Replacement parts appear superior to what was previously in place, and all new valves turn smoothly. Tim worked efficiently, and was a pleasure to converse with.
