I used Jones Plumbing for Emergency repairs. They have provided fast response to my calls. Prices for repairs are reasonable.
Terrible service. Charged us $70 to show up and didn't do a thing! Instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem they wanted to charge us $1800 to $2000 to replace our entire water heater. We called another company who was able to fix it by replacing a part that only cost $23. We will NEVER use this company again or recommend it to anyone. They are just crooks trying to prey on people who don't know about water heaters. Thank god we got a second opinion.
