My son is getting the best care with his braces. The office staff are very easy to work with. The communication is done over text with automated reminders so I do not lose track of when to get him there for adjustments. His teeth are looking great! They remind him all the time to make sure to brush and floss a lot - they're just great and professional people. I have not had any problems with payment or insurance - the payment and insurance structure is very buttoned-up. I highly recommend.
The care was good but I’m dealing with some insurance issues now. We unexpectedly had to move mid service due to short fuse military orders, per my insurance they’re still billing them which is causing me issues on the back end and I don’t feel that the services I received were properly prorated for the 6 months of care. On top of $1200 in insurance, I also paid $700some down plus 4/5 $72 payments for six months. The new place I’m going to says that they don’t feel this was properly done so I’m going to likely have to disput... read more
