This company is trash when you get your service shut off they make you pay 26.75 to turn it on then bill you a meter charge and another 25 dollar reconnect fee then tell you there not charging you 25 it just shows up on the bill as clearly it's included in the bill not to mention 10 late fee 5 dollar late charge and a service tax and 16 dollar facility charge and then some my bills are 400+ every month smh for 2 months I owe 911 dollars for a 3 bed house and apartment above my garage like whatttt and everytime I call and exp... read more

This is the worst service I have every received from a utility company. They over charge, are extremely rude on the phone and are completely ruthless in a pandemic. I resent paying a 16.00 facilities charge for terrible service. Also the 10.00 plus 2.00 late fee again during a pandemic when families are struggling and out of work is heartless which is a perfect way to describe this company. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a rip off because you have no other options. My bills have been running consecutively over $200 which is ridiculous. when I asked for someone to come and check the meter they said they would charge $75.00. They looked at the the previous year and stated that it was average for this house. My house isn't that big and I have lived in several larger houses and my electric was never this high. This place is HORRIBLE. I paid my bill in full, I then ask for a shut off for 10 days later. Please tell me how I managed to rack up almost $300 in 10 days? Convenient that, that was my deposit. Then there are weird fees on the bill, like there are two month charges and I have no idea why? That makes absolutely no sense.. the lady who works there, the receptionist or whatever, the old lady, she is miserable and RUDE, I've had two accounts with them, she's always been a wench.
