Worst customer service ever!!! I had an appointment to drop off my 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 van on 9/4 to have the AC serviced before our vacation. I started calling 9/9 for an update. Was told they would call me back by 9/11. Heard nothing. Called again yesterday they couldn't get anyone in service to pick up, said would give them the message. Called again today. I had to correct myself from my earlier post because I had his name incorrect. I want to make sure he gets his credits. He's an awesome salesman and the complete staff was great. I'm enjoying my 2023 Rogue and if you're in the market for a new Nissan, I would highly recommend Jones Nissan! You want be disappointed!
