I worked with Jones Networking for a couple of years back in the 2010s and it was ok. Nothing special to report. However, I wouldn’t recommend them all today. Worst experience ever. Josh Witmer was the recruiter at this location that placed me at LEXIN REALTY with an extremely rude manager. SUCH A BAD COMPANY TO BE EMPLOYED THROUGH! IF YOU CAN GET THE JOB WITH OUT THEM 100% DO!
I used to be a recruiter with Jones Networking out of college. The owners and other team members are amazing people. I left to only gain more well-rounded experience in HR. More recently, they placed me with my new company and role. I have never felt more at home. Sometimes it takes some time to be matched perfectly with that company you have been looking for. They do care about people and they listen and match good talent to good jobs. Use them!!!
I applied to a position with Jones Networking for a client’s opening of theirs and have been working with Lisa Witmer. She is fantastic and I was offered the job. Lisa is very nice, professional and quick at responding. I’ve enjoyed working with her a lot. I have nothing negative to say about her or the Jones Networking. I’m also really excited to work with my new boss (VP of HR) starting this coming Monday, she seemed great during the interview.
