I was very impressed at how smooth and quick the process was to purchase my car. I contacted LeeAnn Inman on Saturday morning, she took my info and gave me vehicle options within my price range. Jones took our 6500.00 rebate. They claim it was down payment , which was never discussed. No money came off purchase price we talked about. They ripped us off. Wont be back, wont recommend them to anyone !
Purchased a new vehicle there in Feb., 2019. If you will read all of the negative reviews, they pretty much all applied to my experience at Jones Motor Co. All I can say is " do not believe anything they tell you, it's all lies!!!!!" Drive 100 miles in any direction, do not deal with them. The worst part, the salesman and sales mgr. pretended to be Christians, if they are, they are on the fast track to hell. Save yourself alot of grief, so elsewhere for a car. 0 rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The used Ford dealership was pitiful. No coffee even on promises. The vech.s were nothing like they were described. It took 60 days, 8 phone calls to get the paperwork for our title and tag. We will never buy another vech. From this company.
