Amazing service! From the time I placed a call to the time I started my car and drove away was an hour and five minutes. They had to drive to get to my place. I was a half hour away. Take that into account. The tech that came out was amazing, efficient, very pleasant, and I can't wait to do business with them again.

Joshua from Jones Mobile Mechanic went above and beyond for me. I live in Merkel, TX, and when I booked him I didn’t realize he was all the way in Roscoe. Even so, he was very fair with his mileage charge and only charged me a fragment of what he normally does — which was incredibly nice of him. He and his assistant arrived, on time to my home, worked quickly and efficiently, and had the job done in no time. This gentleman has a business and leaves his phone number on the Internet, but when I tried to call to get HELP and REQUEST a service, he yells at me and tells me to stop calling. Not a very good way to manage a business.

Jones mobile mechanic gives amazing customer service & does phenomenal work at a reasonable price! We have used his expertise for more than one vehicle & have always been very satisfied. I love to support local business and he will always be the first mechanic we call. No matter how big or how small, his response time has always been quick. Josh is awesome!!! I had the rear axle on my grooming trailer break on I 20 and didnt even know exactly where I was. He drove and found me and we limped the trailer back to his place where he welded my axle back together. He was so quick and so helpful. He showed me everything that I needed to replace once I got home and explained it all to me! His price was super reasonable and his service super quick. Everything held together and my granddaughter and I got home (about 200 miles) with no problems. I highly recommend Josh!!
