Less than one star if it was an option. This place illegally and wrongfully sold our storage unit in 2022. We were 100% current, not late and had actually only had the unit 4 months when it was sold. No notices sent to us, no contact attempts made...why not you may ask? Because in their books we did not even exist. It was a bookkeeping error! My items are getting water damaged, and I just pulled out a box of baby clothes and there are rat droppings and urine, as well as the clothes being chewed up. Absolutely disgusting
Best price around! Family owned n operated for generations. Safe n secure for all our items n trailer. Great for accessibility right off 395. They keep up the grounds n bldgs. So u don’t have thieves, like bugs, animals or humans invading. Lol
Rented a space and prepaid several months in advance. Gave them plenty of notice of our vacancy. Have tried calling and leaving messages since December and never receive a call back. They owe us at least 300 and no one has contacted us. The owner even was going to pay us for several items we sold to him but he used them and decided not to buy them and returned them to us severely used. When we went to resell them they were so worn we barely got anything for them.
Have stored many trailers n currently have unit. Great service.
