Ronnie has repaired my cooling unit for a few years. The 50+ year old thing finally died. I purchased a Trane. Ronnie's installation was fast and efficient. He even took care of getting it registered for the 10yr warranty.

When my old AC unit was broken, I called Jones Mechanical to check my AC and get a quote. They told me All HVAC needs to replace and gave me a quote. I accepted their quote and installed Bryant brand new Interior and exterior units. One week later I noticed a strong noise from the exterior unit. I called them to check the noisy. They told me need more returns for AC. I paid more to add new returns. But it didn't fix the problem. If I could give 10 STARS, I would. It was over Christmas and my heat went out and in the evening my house dropped down to 50'. May not seem cold to some but for the grandkids that were here for the holidays, it was. I called several repairs and A# 1 Air came out and said I needed a whole new unit. Of course, I cried when they said it was about $10,200.00 to replace it. I am a single women with one income. I did not have that kind of money and asked if there was a temporary solution.
