The lady in the office was my first contact and was very upfront and knowledgeable. She said she had an opening for the following afternoon and sent Cade to my home. I was impressed with his knowledge about the equipment. He repaired my problem with giving me a price up front. He spent time with me answering any and all of my questions. He was very polite to me the entire time.
