Had a terrific repair experience w/ Jones Mechanical. Was recommended to them by a friend. They came when they said they were going to come. I felt like they could have easily told me that the unit was dead and we needed a full replacement, but they did not. The unit is, admittedly, old, but they were able to successfully repair it. They are my new go to for everything HVAC.
I have had some incredible experiences with Jones Mechanical, and am so grateful for them! A separate air-conditioning company had come and given a tuneup to our system when it was not working, after about 15 minutes of looking at our Air conditioning unit, they told us it needed to be replaced and there was nothing we could do. Top notch! The crew was so professional and knowledgeable that did are install of a new heater and AC unit. They showed me how everything worked and what they did. They had different price options and explained the difference in the options. They really wanted to get me set-up with the best options for my needs great company to work with!
If I call Jai, he sends a crew asap to handle things which is crucial when you are trying to complete something on time. The work is clean. Crew members respond gracefully to feedback. 💚💚💚
