What a beautiful mobile home! I love it and the cash price was $125,000 cash offered from my husband and I and they accepted the price. JW Jones will work with you delinquently to help you find the perfect home and financing. The only problems that I had arose are the moving and set up mobile home crew. They didn't put my home together well at all and caused me a significant amount of damages to my brand spanking brand new home.
My husband and I recently purchased a manufactured home through Jones Manufactured Homes. It's been a great experience! J.W. didn't rush us, but rather he took the time to help us find the right house for our family. He was patient with us throughout the process and very straightforward and upfront, which we appreciated. He even set up a tour for us at the Franklin Homes factory!
