Our experience with Jones Law Firm was extremely disappointing. The attorney arrived 30 minutes late to our permanent hearing, which negatively affected the proceedings and forced a reschedule. The billing was also far beyond what was quoted. We were told the retainer was $7,500, but the bill quickly climbed to over $12,000. Overall, we would not recommend this firm based on our experience. I had a poor experience with Jones Law Firm. It might have been an isolated incident but my very expensive attorney $550/hour did a video visit while his screen was black. I was surprised he was not prepared to have a "real" visit and I consider it highly unprofessional. I "fired" the law firm to avoid wasting more money.

My attorney was Eric Sims, Paralegal was Alexis Llanusa. They were life savers, and made divorce simple. I reached out to Jones Law firm last minute and short notice thinking that I didn't need representation up to that point. After getting assigned a judge with a less then agreeable disposition, I figured it was time. We went into the court room prepared after our strategy session the day prior and Eric had my back.
