POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I hired Jones Landscaping to do some drainage work in the backyard. When they came to do the work, Brett was going to remove a drainage pipe that I told Brett that was working great and showed him the drains and pipe location upon the day of the estimate. Had to stop Brett from damaging the drainages pipe and drains, And I had to ask Brett to make adjustments to the estimate for work that they should not be doing.
