I must regretfully give one star. I called them exactly a week ago to set an appointment to have a will drawn up. I was told that someone would call back in a couple of days. No one has called yet. This is disappointing for a firm that boasts membership in ACTEC, The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Erin and Robin worked tirelessly for over two years to help me execute my grandmother's problematic estate. Through setback after setback, they patiently advised and guided me through a process I was wholly unfamiliar with, and during a global pandemic to boot. They were incredibly professional and responsive throughout my entire engagement with them--rare traits to find in any business around here. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
