My initial thoughts were higher. They had to obtain a part to repair the air conditioning in a 2025 Kia Sportage, which was less than a year old. When they installed that part, it was discovered that they had to replace a more expensive part (compressor). They started the 1st repair on Wednesday, "It will take 2 1/2 hours." 1 1/2 hours later, "It will be ready tomorrow. We will get you a courtesy car."
