The agent that I spoke to Chelsea Gaderrie didn't return my call for weeks. After a lengthy amount of waiting for a returned call she left me a voicemail stating that she would call me after enrollment deadline on December 5th. It is now December 17th and still no response. I called and asked for her manager and was refused by one person. They demanded I give them the name of the person who I wanted to make the complaint about.
