She did a good job with cauterizing my nose (because it was an obvious issue), but she has ignored and tried to dismiss everything else I’ve went to her about. I am now dealing with the things she said I didn’t have and I’m forced to find another ENT.
This is a terrible place. The staff is unprofessional. Triple check your appointment if you dare make one. I drove from far away only to find out they did not have an appointment for me after I was given one over the phone. The Doctor did not want to talk to me but where quick to offer another appointment to fill their calendar. It seems to me they only care about getting your insurance money. DO NOT GO THERE!!
A wast of time, avoid this place at all costs. The receptionists were unprofessional, rude, and liars. She/they had an appointment for us and didn't honor the time.
Wife had a great experience with this office, I on the other hand had a not so great experience. Explained to Kathleen Jones my ongoing symptoms that I have been experiencing for years only to be told everything was perfectly fine and handed me a paper from her printed stack of a product she seems to recommend everyone. Was told by Dr. Jones herself to call right away and see her the day of when I experience a sinus infection.
