Help with issues at hand for my health
My family has just started going here recently. Dr. Coleman is my kid's doctor and Dr. Floyd is my husband's. I am very pleased with the staff and care that has been provided to my family. I will be a new patient very soon and that's saying a lot because I don't like doctors and have been putting off making my own appointment. Until now. Horrible Care!! I have been going to this office since 1999 the service in patient care is grown to be the worst service I have come in contact with and I work for a hospital. They have misplaced my lab results before. The nurse hotline is useless because they don't call back. The patient perscription refill line is even worst. I have left message for the perscription refill line and NEVER got a call back. I have had to contact the office manager several times to get service/care. I've tried calling every available number for this practice but none of them are in service. smh... So much for needing medical attention for my child, I guess...
I will NEVER go back to this office! The receptionist gave me the wrong address on the phone (as hard as that is to believe)! Then the receptionist I spoke to the day of my appointment was very VERY rude! She was more worried about telling me if I was late that I wouldn't be seen, than she was worried about trying to help me find the office.
