Ive been going to Dr Jones for over 4 years and never had an issue with her. She's professional and knowledgeable. As she assess me she explains what she's doing and why she's doing it. She also provides recommendations for prevention and overall health.She answers all of my questions and I'm always in and out of the office.
My experience as a patient of Dr. Jones was terrible, she would never let me communicate and recently canceled all my prescriptions because she can longer prescribe them and did not specify why, let alone she was not the one I spoke to about this, I will never see this doctor again and would never recommend her to anyone
Help with issues at hand for my health
my wife had knee pain and back pain Ms. Jones had several X-rays taking and my wife did not hear anything else for Ms. Jones for two weeks told her that the X-rays came back good. so My wife makes another appointment with a different doctor and he finds two things wrong in the X-ray we will never go back to her or recommend her to anyone
My family has just started going here recently. Dr. Coleman is my kid's doctor and Dr. Floyd is my husband's. I am very pleased with the staff and care that has been provided to my family. I will be a new patient very soon and that's saying a lot because I don't like doctors and have been putting off making my own appointment. Until now. Horrible Care!! I have been going to this office since 1999 the service in patient care is grown to be the worst service I have come in contact with and I work for a hospital. They have misplaced my lab results before. The nurse hotline is useless because they don't call back. The patient perscription refill line is even worst. I have left message for the perscription refill line and NEVER got a call back. I have had to contact the office manager several times to get service/care.
