In my custody, hearing case what this OFFICE promised me, and what I was legally entitled to they did not file proper paperwork for. I brought it to their attention, he promised me he would do three things for me. Again he failed to deliver on his verbal and written promises of services. He and his staff had difficulty reading, military pay documents as well as bank account statements. Complete Mismanagement of my case, he never followed through w filing paperwork on my child’s behalf , his oversight and inability to follow along in a case cost me so much more money, he with purpose left out supporting documents. Have supporting emails. He had difficulty understanding bank statements. He asked me 3x for my bank statements over two weeks, each time I brought them to him, after the third time he seemed to understand that some banks only provide savings account statements every 3 months.
