He listens, he cares, and he is a good diagnostician. He was our family doctor for years. Of course, when we moved to Auburn, AL, we had to find one here. After a couple of tries, we finally found one who is almost as good as Dr. Jones, but I do miss him very much.
Dr. Jones came highly recommended to me by a good friend who is a patient of his. When I called to try and schedule an appointment, I spoke with the scheduling person and she stated "very rudely" that he is "NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS!" His practices' website stated: "Appointments & Offices Check insurance plans, locations and make appointments. Is Dr. Jones accepting new patients? Yes." Best physician I have ever had. I’m a nurse and in the medical field and Doctors of his caliber are few and far between. He listens, he does not BS you and makes you feel important and is legitimately concerned with your care and outcomes. I love you Dr Jones. I have since move to the Panhandle area and have yet to find a replacement of your caliber. Tha k you so much for all the years of great care. Terry David Hightower

I've been a patient of Dr. Jones since 1990, I just love him to death, he is so down to earth and really care about his patients . He doesn't stand at the door with his hand on the knob, he listens to you.
Never got to meet Dr. Jones! Called to setup a new patient appointment at 1:45 PM... phone just rang no one answered. On the second try I was placed on hold, I waited to be told that they were very busy and I wold receive a call back if not today first thing in the morning. Day 2... No one returned my call in the morning so I called back at 1:50 PM but guess what... no answer. Not the first impression I want to have. Taking business elsewhere.
I waited three months for my appointment and finally got almost to the appointment date and had an emergency come up. When I called to ask them about it they told me I would have to wait an additional 2 and a half months before I could see the doctor. That would mean for a new patient appointment I would have to wait a total of 6 months. It makes you wonder what they would do in case of an emergency. I can't chance that and will find another doctor to go to.
Excellent bedside manner. Treated me with kindness. He's very warm and welcoming. Didn't make me feel down about myself.
