DO NOT do business with this company. We had insurance through them for 5+ years so we were a returning customer until we found out how they really are... they sold us a health insurance plan that they told us was a PPO but it ended up being a self funded plan. I have reached out to them multiple times and they are ignoring all of my attempts to contact them. Shady/dishonest company. Does not have the customers interests in mind at all.
