DO NOT do business with this company. We had insurance through them for 5+ years so we were a returning customer until we found out how they really are... they sold us a health insurance plan that they told us was a PPO but it ended up being a self funded plan. I have reached out to them multiple times and they are ignoring all of my attempts to contact them. Shady/dishonest company. Does not have the customers interests in mind at all.

They were NOT open on December 23. The hours on their door said they were open until 5 p.m. Another customer was there too waiting. The Banks and Courthouse and Library were open.
