I haven't even had an actual appointment with them yet, but the past 2 days of dealing with them just to get a speciman container has been a headache. First I was told I can come between 7:30a-4pm ( no specific days or lunch hours mentioned) to pick up the container. So I go on Monday, not knowing NN office would be closed. Then I go back up there again on Tuesday around 12:15p and the door was open to come in, but no front desk staff avail, just a sign that says out to lunch, sign in and have a sit.
