My wife and I became patients of Dr. Jones approximately 1 year ago. We recently moved to the area and needed to select a local CCF affiliated doctor to address our medical needs. There is no doubt we hit a "home run" in selecting Dr. Jones to be our general practitioner. He and his professional staff have exceeded our expectations. The level of medical care we have received during our multiple visits, along with the post-follow up services he and his team have rendered, has been outstanding! Used to be good but, not sure what happened. He will put you on a prescription and say he called it into pharmacy but, never did. You have to wait months to get in too. The most dangerous thing is after he puts you on a script and it works well for you then, he will take you off of it "cold turkey." Then after using your insurance once or twice he wants cash, and over the phone a day or two before your appointment. I don't understand this at all. Dr Jones and his staff are wonderful people. Sabrina is great and the the rest of the staff were respectful and helpful
Dr. Jones has been my primary for many years now and I think he is awesome. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, when I've had in office appointment as well as on the phone. They take all of my info down and check for updates and changes. And what can I satay about Dr Jones, he welcomes you with a smile and has always taken the time to listen to my issues an concerns.
