Central Air-conditioning went out...water was coming down from the ceiling...they came a few days after I called...my filter and drain hose were clogged...they fixed everything...fast...even came back and installed new filter...house was 85 degrees...now super cool and perfect...thanks so much!!😁
10/10 Greg is a wonderful human! He takes his time and explains everything on a level you can understand! I can't say enough nice things about Greg and the ladies in the office!

The gentlemen that showed up to fix my central air, though I can't remember their names, were both kind and courteous. They worked quickly to find the problem, and were able to resolve it in no time. I definitely will be contacting Jones again with any future issues I have.
