I just had my warm air heating system serviced by Jones Heating. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable. The service provided was amazing👏. Highly recommended and no doubt I will use the service again.
Had jones heating out to service boiler system then stopped working after a few visits. Had another company out they asked who serviced this as it’s not been serviced the first 2 pictures show the flames of how it was left after jones heating had serviced it. There was dirt and mess all over then the gas engineer said to me now it’s been properly serviced look at the difference in the 3rd picture see how the flames are different now it’s been properly serviced so I paid for a service the guy didn’t do
Always do an excellent job with engineers that are a credit to the company. Always recommend them when I get asked.

Have used Jones heating several times before with good service so on this occasion, had no hesitation to call them. This time however was very different. Was quoted for expensive work which turned out not to be the fault, thankfully I got a second opinion. Engineer attended for faulty central heating. Was on site for no more than 10 minutes before stated the pump was broken and would require a new one and full system flush, which I was subsequently quoted just under £1000 for.
