The job, replace bathroom flooring and replace washer drainage frame, was started in April 2022. All work was clearly documented and explained during a site visit; a written quote was received and accepted; a start date and finish schedule was agreed upon; and a deposit was paid as agreed. Overall I would not recommend Brandon’s services. Communication and quality of work were the largest issues. At the beginning of our kitchen reno, they did not show up the day that was scheduled, but apologized and said they had forgotten to tell me that they rescheduled our job to start 3 days later. Once they started work, they consistently showed up and did all the work needed before the countertops could be installed. We paid for the majority of the job. Scheduled a time for them to be in my home to look at work. They no called and showed me. I called them after they missed the appointment and they said they would still be by. This was a total waste of time and taking off work for them. I understand they are probably busy and don’t care about my work, but being unresponsive and inconsiderate is lazy and not professional. I am glad I didn’t use them for my work as this is most likely a representation of their work as it is their character.
