I called to inquire about tax advice, since they are close to my house. I asked how much they charge for an appointment, to ask tax related questions about my 401K. I was turned away. The lady who answered the phone was nice. For some reason it really sucks when you're kind/ respectful and willing to pay someone for 10 minutes of their time and be turned away. Glad you folks have enough business though, that you're able to turn away business.

One thing we learned about running a successful business is you must surround yourself with the best people you can find. We wish we started with Bryan Cluff and his team from the very beginning.
