We had a farm liability and physical damage policy for years with Jones group. We got notice the physical damage policy was not being renewed. A gal in Jones group said the only way they would do it is if they could get all of our insurance to which I said no. I had a terrible experience with the Jones group out of Minden Nebraska. If I could give them zero stars I would. They neglected to cancel my dental insurance policy when I asked them to and it ended up costing me a lot of money. The agent also provided an incorrect credit card number to the insurance company eliminating coverage that I thought I had for the month I needed it. Total incompetence.
