They worked expeditiously and with incredible detail to not only get me coverage, but to shop for affordable and dependable coverage. After all that, a small glitch came up that had nothing to do with Jones Group. But Nicole, in the middle of a busy summer of activities, took action on a weekend to rectify someone else's mistake.
