I took my husbands jeep wrangler in today to get the windshield replaced. I forgot to let them know he had a light bar on it. Instead of them telling me they couldn't do it, they actually took it off, replaced the windshield and put the light bar back on. They didn't even charge me extra for that. To me that is going above and beyond for a customer. They easily could have told me that they wouldn't be able to replace the windshield due to the light bar and I would have understood because it was my fault I didn't let them kno... read more
