I spoke with Dr. Diaz about Prostatic Artery Embolization. He wanted me to have a PSA check and I did. He said it was a little high and he wanted me to due an MRI. I did an MRI and then he said he said he wanted to have my Testosterone under his control. So I did that and he asked me to take another MRI. I did that and my PSA was stable so I asked for the PAE referral but he said that I would have to take another prostate biopsy, which may lead to other infections. Little to no wait but his care was not impressive but we liked his APRN for my 88 year old Aunt’s care. Hard to get to talk to someone or his nurse to get back with you but I think that was because he was out of the office so much. His nurse left him the message to wait for his answer but he never did. We are going elsewhere

I liked this doctor, UNTIL she took me outside my room and had me view my scans out in the public area at the “nurses desk” for ALL to see and hear as she’s explaining what was happening to me at the time. I was SO embarrassed and upset that she did this to me. I should have reported her, but I didn’t. I was too embarrassed about my whole ordeal. I just wanted to get out of there quickly. I have never had a doctor do this to me in my whole life. I have NEVER returned again because of this.

My experience with Dr. Marotte has been wonderful! Our first visit together was after my cancer had returned and my husband had found out he had cancer. My cancer came back in December of 2019. We found out that my husband had cancer in January of 2020, and a month later, in February of 2020, my husband passed away suddenly. I’m 74 and have not had good experience with this doctor. Him and his team are all about doing procedures. I enquired about one and without asking they scheduled it to be done! They do Not communicate well and are not patient. After several visits he Never tried to address or fix the main problem I was having. He’s not for me. Sorry. It took 3 calls to get the appointment I didn’t make cancelled.

Would not recommend him to anyone. Upon the appointment, the Dr. explained absolutely nothing. You would think it's okay to ask questions since this will be the first surgery you will have, but that's incorrect. The Dr. canceled my surgery the day before my procedure because he felt "uncomfortable" due to me asking questions. On top of that after the surgery is scheduled you will never be able to speak with him again. Everything is communicated through his team and most of them are rude. Went to Dr Marotte for ED consultation and advice. He didn't have much interest in addressing my ED issue and remarked that "You are 78 you know" From that point he setup a test for bladder function and told me he would discuss the results and options with me for me to decide. I was never talked to about the results but was told by the receptionist that Dr had scheduled me for surgery in a week. Cannot get procedures scheduled. Takes weeks to get anything done. Office can’t manage to communicate with hospital for scheduling.
