James was so helpful and compassionate when helping us! I could reach out to him anytime for his help. It felt like he was a part of our family.

Loss is always hard but when I say that James from Jones Funeral Service helped us along our journey, I mean it. Late April, we lost my grandmother after her very short stint in one of Oconto's care homes. She was taken to Jones and was given such care.
