Jones funeral is great, my mother passed at 2:28 a.m. Saturday, Mr. Jones called me immediately and we made arrangements to have my mom transported from wilmington to Jacksonville effectively. Upon entering the funeral home we were greeted with open are by everyone. Not knowing what to do, having never experienced this before, Natalie E. took us into a room and went over alot of things. I was not charged for the makeup on my loved one and then saw the reason why. There was none applied. The lack of professionalism concerning their staff was upsetting to say the least. I hadn't looked at my loved one's order of service that was handed out, and neither did my funeral director. The poem on the inside needed to have the pronouns changed from 'she' to 'he', since my loved one was my son. The changes were not made and nobody caught it until I noticed it two days after the service. I am mortified that ALL of the p... read more
