I am absolutely disgusted in the way that Richard Jones and his wife handled our phone call this morning. My father was cremated at the Rolla crematory. I was told to call Richard because he would be able to help with an honor Detail for my dad‘s memorial to honor his services In the Marine Corps. This man said, “well, why don’t you call Rolla crematory and have them do the dirty work?” I was blown away that he said something like that to me and keep in mind. Both Richard and his father have always and I mean always been A+
I laid my husband to rest last Friday. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Richard took care pf our needs in a very professional way and helped me make the right decisions when I needed help. Thank you Richard and Deana.
My beautiful daughter was laid out at Jones funeral home, very beautiful setting. They did a marvelous job. Her funeral was beautiful. God bless Richard Jones!
