I have been going to Dr. Jones for 14 yrs. Love the service I get from all the staff.
The dentist is a very nice person and seems to be pretty good at her job; in the past she gave me a referral to a great specialist and did a fine job putting the crown on...but after this most recent bout I will never return. When I came in with tooth pain (and was charged for an emergency visit) I was turned away empty handed because “my teeth had too much tarter to apply a temporary fix.” When I asked if I could get scheduled for a cleaning the receptionist turned me away and said she’s booked 5 weeks out. Had a root canal done on April 2017 then July 8th I had issues with it again and she did not want to see me and asked for me to see another dentist. She charged me for the job/service that was done incorrect. I was looking and I finally found another dentist to see me and treat my tooth. I was very disappointed with Dr. Jones that I would never want to see her again or recommend anyone to go with her.
Could not ask for a better experience at the dentist - I was terrified of all dental practices before meeting Dr Jones & the Team. They did fantastic work for me whilst pain free and helping me overcome my fear - thanks all!
Don't be fool by her credentials - Dr.Frances Jones using them to get more money from you, She argumentative and yelling - Dr.Frances is a no no dentist - Came due to pain to one tooth, she was trying to push me a night guard 600$+7k unnecessary treatments on the others...Got her treatment plan and found out she was about to do root canal on the wrong tooth! Been asking for my x rays and again - they want 35$ "admin" work. Called few days after to cancel they said OK and send me another bill of 50$ cancellation fee - unbelie... read more
